All artworks will be safely packaged in a box and dispatched from my studio within 5 working days. I always use a trackable delivery service.

In case you order from outside the EU, you may need to pay customs and/or import fees, over which I have no control at all. Customs duties and import fees are not included in the price on my website, as they are set by the destination country and charged directly by the country’s customs office.

As all my physical artworks are high quality products that look even better seen in person than on an online page, I am confident that you will like what you get.

However, if you change your mind within 14 days after the artwork was delivered, I offer you hassle-free return. Just write me an email to nani@n-a-vague.com and I will arrange a courier to pick it up from your address at a time that suits you. I will issue your refund as soon as I receive the artwork back in undamaged condition.
